Workspace Enabled EPM Products Not Actively Running
ISSUE: Certain Oracle Hyperion EPM System products were installed, configured, and enabled but were not actively running on the Production servers.RISK: Although this will not affect overall functionality of the deployed Oracle Hyperion EPM System is should be noted that login times and overall Hyperion EPM System startup times will be degraded if any of the installed, configured and enabled EPM products are not actively running when attempting to login and use Workspace.SOLUTION: Either start the Windows Services for all of the installed, configured and enabled Oracle Hyperion EPM products or go into the Workspace Web XML configuration and disable those products from the administration interface.APPLICABLE VERSIONS: 11.1.2.0, 11.1.2.1, 11.1.2.2, 11.1.2.3, 11.1.2.4
