Well, as usual the people have spoken.  When the people speak (and by people I mean the customers paying the bills) even vendors as large as Oracle sometimes listen.  

So what am I referring to?  

Why nothing less than the return of the default splash/welcome/frequently-used-items Home Page.  In 11.2.4 the Home Page is back and it’s looking slicker than ever.

There’s really not much more to say, so we’ll let the picture say it best:
